Second edition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cartea cuprinde 14 capitole grupate \u00een trei p\u0103r\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p>Prima, capitolele 1-5, prezint\u0103 negocierea comercial\u0103, de la principii \u015fi caracteristici p\u00e2n\u0103 la faze \u015fi tehnici. Cititorul afl\u0103 cum trebuie s\u0103 abordeze fiecare faz\u0103 a negocierii, ce trebuie s\u0103 fac\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 spun\u0103 \u015fi cum trebuie s\u0103 spun\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>A doua parte, capitolele 6 \u015fi 7, se ocup\u0103 de managementul conflictului, de la cauzele acestuia p\u00e2n\u0103 la modul de rezolvare. Sunt prezentate patru modalit\u0103\u0163i de rezolvare a conflictelor: prin negociere, prin mediere, prin arbitraj \u015fi prin proces \u015fi sunt trecute \u00een revist\u0103 principalele tipuri de conflicte de afaceri.<\/p>\n<p>Ultima parte, capitolele 8-13, se concentreaz\u0103 pe negocierea intercultural\u0103. Sunt descrise principalele modele antropologice de analiz\u0103 a culturilor (Hall, Hofstede, Trompenaars, Peterson \u015fi Mole) \u015fi sunt analizate influen\u0163ele dimensiunilor culturale asupra negocierii de afaceri. Sunt, de asemenea, prezentate caracteristicile negocierii comerciale \u00een mai multe regiuni \u015fi \u0163\u0103ri ale lumii.
