{"id":8846,"date":"2022-06-27T10:54:37","date_gmt":"2022-06-27T08:54:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.editura.ase.ro\/editura-ase\/?post_type=product&#038;p=8846"},"modified":"2022-12-05T11:16:56","modified_gmt":"2022-12-05T09:16:56","slug":"culture-interculturalite-communication-et-milieu-daffaires","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/dev.editura.ase.ro\/editura-ase\/product\/culture-interculturalite-communication-et-milieu-daffaires\/","title":{"rendered":"Culture, interculturalit\u00e9, communication et milieu d\u2019affaires"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lucrarea este conceput\u0103 pentru un public alc\u0103tuit din studen\u0163i \u015fi absolven\u0163i ai institutelor economice, interesa\u0163i s\u0103 se perfec\u0163ioneze \u00een comunicarea intercultural\u0103, din formatori sau din orice alt\u0103 categorie profesional\u0103 sensibil\u0103 la beneficiile (auto)preg\u0103tirii permanente.<\/p>\n<p>Alegerea cadrului teoretic, a situa\u0163iilor cu rol ilustrativ \u015fi a activit\u0103\u0163ilor (facultative) propuse dup\u0103 temele abordate, privind \u00een principal managementul resurselor umane, marketingul sau strategiile de func\u0163ionare a unei echipe multiculturale, s-a bazat, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd, pe miza major\u0103 a pred\u0103rii\/\u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103rii limbilor str\u0103ine, \u00een particular a francezei, \u00een universit\u0103\u0163ile cu profil economic: realizarea unei conexiuni \u00eentre con\u0163inuturile studiate \u015fi nevoile profesionale ale \u00eentreprinderilor care lucreaz\u0103 \u00een plan interna\u0163ional. De aici \u015fi necesitatea investig\u0103rii unei re\u0163ele conceptuale viz\u00e2nd gestionarea problemelor legate de \u00eent\u00e2lnirea cu parteneri av\u00e2nd concep\u0163ii sau stiluri de a conduce o afacere diferite, chiar divergente, totodat\u0103 \u015fi o abordare intercultural\u0103, o serie de tehnici de analiz\u0103 \u015fi de negociere capabile s\u0103 asigure reu\u015fita interac\u0163iunilor interculturale, dar \u015fi strategii de evitare a unor obstacole, cauzate \u00een general de viziunea etnocentric\u0103 ori de persistentele reprezent\u0103ri stereotipe aferente, respectiv crearea de similarit\u0103\u0163i atunci c\u00e2nd echipa profesional\u0103 este cultural eterogen\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Modulele lucr\u0103rii alterneaz\u0103 reflec\u0163iile teoretice privind o serie de modele culturale \u015fi aplica\u0163iile lor la lumea \u00eentreprinderii, interculturalitatea \u00een sens de interac\u0163iune intersubiectiv\u0103, dar \u015fi dob\u00e2ndirea competen\u0163ei de comunicare intercultural\u0103, cu ilustr\u0103ri \u015fi propuneri de activit\u0103\u0163i tocmai pentru a stimula practicarea limbii str\u0103ine \u00eentr-un mediu profesional, ai c\u0103rui protagoni\u015fti se ghideaz\u0103 dup\u0103 diverse referin\u0163e culturale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen ultim\u0103 instan\u0163\u0103, lucrarea se dore\u015fte a fi o pledoarie pentru o educa\u0163ie care valorizeaz\u0103 etica egalitar\u0103, mai cu seam\u0103 la nivelul atitudinilor adoptate pe parcursul comunic\u0103rii profesionale \u015fi, simultan, al modului de a g\u00e2ndi \u015fi de a practica dialogul.
