Aceast\u0103 abordare nu mai este posibil\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 a recurge la folosirea unor instrumente auxiliare adecvate, orice decizie nemaiput\u00e2nd fi luat\u0103 pe baza unei simple experien\u0163e empirice.<\/p>\n<p>Lucrarea se adreseaz\u0103 studen\u0163ilor de la Facultatea de Economie Agroalimentar\u0103 \u015fi a Mediului din cadrul ASE Bucure\u015fti \u015fi celor de la specializ\u0103rile Management \u015fi Economia Turismului \u015fi Serviciilor din cadrul Facult\u0103\u0163ii de \u015etiin\u0163e Economice a UPG Ploie\u015fti, dar nu numai lor, \u015fi \u00ee\u015fi propune s\u0103 familiarizeze studen\u0163ii cu principalele metode \u015fi instrumente specifice cercet\u0103rilor de marketing, utile \u00een astfel de previziuni de marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Volumul urm\u0103re\u015fte s\u0103 \u00eenzestreze studen\u0163ii cu elemente de cunoa\u015ftere din domeniul teoriei marketingului \u015fi, mai ales, din domeniul metodelor de observare, descriere, analiz\u0103, prognoz\u0103, corespunz\u0103tor abord\u0103rilor mai recente din literatur\u0103 de specialitate, fiind un text introductiv care vizeaz\u0103 subiectul vast al cercet\u0103rii de marketing. Sunt abordate, de asemenea, elemente de studiere a pie\u0163ei, care asigur\u0103 conectarea \u00eentreprinderii la dinamica social-economic\u0103, reprezent\u00e2nd suportul strategiilor \u015fi tacticilor de marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Cartea este structurat\u0103 pe dou\u0103sprezece capitole. \u00cen primele trei sunt abordate aspecte teoretice generale privind cercet\u0103rile de marketing, con\u0163in\u00e2nd \u00a0abord\u0103ri conceptuale, prezentarea procesului cercet\u0103rilor de marketing \u015fi tipologia cercet\u0103rilor de marketing. \u00cen urm\u0103toarele patru capitole sunt prezentate aspecte privind culegerea datelor datelor \u00een cercet\u0103rile de marketing, \u015fi anume metode de ob\u0163inere, instrumente \u015fi tehnici folosite \u2013 chestionarul, interviul \u015fi sondajul. \u00cen urm\u0103toarele trei capitole este abordat\u0103 problematica prelucr\u0103rii datelor: analiza datelor secundare, m\u0103surarea, scalarea \u015fi analiza \u015fi previzionarea v\u00e2nz\u0103rilor.
