Companiile \u2013 \u00een special cele interna\u0163ionale sau multina\u0163ionale \u2013 fac obiectul acestei lucr\u0103ri de specialitate, chiar dac\u0103 no\u0163iunile de management al resurselor umane \u00ee\u015fi g\u0103sesc aplicabilitatea \u00een toate tipurile de organiza\u0163ii.<\/p>\n<p>Cartea a fost conceput\u0103 ca un manual universitar care se adreseaz\u0103 prioritar studen\u0163ilor Facult\u0103\u0163ii de Rela\u0163ii Economice Interna\u0163ionale, ASE Bucure\u015fti, dar \u015fi persoanelor interesate s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi \u00eensu\u015feasc\u0103 un set de cuno\u015ftin\u0163e de baz\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 deprind\u0103 abilit\u0103\u0163i analitice referitoare la managementul resurselor umane \u00een context interna\u0163ional. Manualul nu a vizat o prezentare exhaustiv\u0103 a managementului interna\u0163ional al resurselor umane, ci o trecere \u00een revist\u0103 a principalelor tendin\u0163e \u015fi oportunit\u0103\u0163i actuale aferente companiilor care \u00ee\u015fi gestioneaz\u0103 angaja\u0163ii peste grani\u0163ele na\u0163ionale.<\/p>\n<p>Lucrarea este \u00eemp\u0103r\u0163it\u0103 pe \u015fapte capitole, dintre care primele dou\u0103 prezint\u0103 aspecte generale \u015fi actuale care caracterizeaz\u0103 managementul resurselor umane (MRU) \u00een companiile cu activitate interna\u0163ional\u0103 sau global\u0103, \u00een timp ce urm\u0103toarele cinci capitole reliefeaz\u0103 politicile specifice MRU \u00een cadrul acestor organiza\u0163ii de afaceri \u2013 planificarea necesarului de personal, recrutarea, selectarea, preg\u0103tirea-dezvoltarea, evaluarea \u015fi motivarea-recompensarea angaja\u0163ilor.
