{"id":6558,"date":"2022-06-06T13:49:53","date_gmt":"2022-06-06T11:49:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.editura.ase.ro\/editura-ase\/?post_type=product&#038;p=6558"},"modified":"2022-06-14T08:54:14","modified_gmt":"2022-06-14T06:54:14","slug":"cultura-consumatorului","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/dev.editura.ase.ro\/editura-ase\/product\/cultura-consumatorului\/","title":{"rendered":"Cultura consumatorului"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Retorica lucr\u0103rii este construit\u0103 \u00een jurul consumului, analizat nu dintr-o perspectiv\u0103 utilitarist\u0103, ca banal mijloc de satisfacere a nevoilor, ci prin prisma noii sale valen\u021be, de valoare \u00een sine, pe care a dob\u00e2ndit-o \u00een societatea capitalist\u0103 a ultimelor decenii ale secolului XX.<\/p>\n<p>Lucrarea debuteaz\u0103 cu o serie de clarific\u0103ri privind semnifica\u021bia atribuit\u0103 \u201eculturii\u201d \u00een \u0219tiin\u021bele socioumane, cu accent pe abordarea antropologic\u0103 a termenului. Sunt analizate dimensiunile definitorii ale <em>culturii consumatorului<\/em>, at\u00e2t prin prisma diferitelor perspective teoretice, c\u00e2t \u0219i a implica\u021biilor practice. Un spa\u021biu generos de prezentare s-a acordat evolu\u021biei societ\u0103\u021bii de consum. O scurt\u0103 incursiune \u00een istoria civiliza\u021biei, menit\u0103 s\u0103 evoce momentele de turnur\u0103 \u00een ascensiunea consumului din perioada premerg\u0103toare societ\u0103\u021bii de consum propriu-zise a secolului XX, a fost urmat\u0103 de analiza principalelor faze ale evolu\u021biei ulterioare a consumului de mas\u0103, de la cea a democratiz\u0103rii consumului la cea a abunden\u021bei \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 la cea curent\u0103, a hiperconsumului.<\/p>\n<p>Deoarece cultura consumului este un fenomen care se r\u0103sp\u00e2nde\u0219te peste tot \u00een lume, o aten\u021bie deosebit\u0103 s-a acordat proceselor majore care au contribuit \u00een mod decisiv la aceast\u0103 expansiune global\u0103: capitalismul, americanizarea \u0219i mcdonaldizarea. Subiectul legat de spa\u021bialitatea consumului a fost tratat din perspectiva devenirii istorice, a puterii sociale \u0219i a ritualurilor asociate celor mai importante decoruri de consum: cafeneaua, restaurantul, marele magazin \u0219i mall-ul. A fost abordat\u0103 problema deosebit de important\u0103 a consumului etic, clarific\u00e2ndu-se conceptul de \u201econsumer citizenship\u201d (cu echivalentul rom\u00e2nesc de \u201ecivism al consumatorilor\u201d). Modelul de consumerism etic este propus ca reper \u00een adoptarea unui comportament de consum responsabil, \u00een m\u0103sur\u0103 s\u0103 contribuie la dezvoltarea durabil\u0103, iar conceptele de \u201eFairtrade\u201d \u0219i \u201eRainforest\u201d sunt aduse \u00een discu\u021bie ca garan\u021bii ale unor practici agricole \u0219i comerciale echitabile.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen finalul lucr\u0103rii, problema culturii alimentare este tratat\u0103 prin prisma valen\u021bei sale de element central al identit\u0103\u021bii etnice. Sunt eviden\u021biate atitudinile \u0219i obiceiurile alimentare ale lumii antice \u0219i medievale, muta\u021biile profunde \u00een obiceiurile alimentare, generate de inova\u021biile culinare din secolul al XIX-lea, dar \u0219i o serie de fenomene paradoxale care caracterizeaz\u0103 alimenta\u021bia la nivel mondial, produse \u00een ultimele decenii, \u00een paralel cu democratizarea consumului alimentar.
