Consumer-oriented approach and business insights"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Conceput\u0103, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd, ca reper pentru consumatorul contemporan, interesat de reorientarea comportamentului alimentar \u00een acord cu principiile alimenta\u021biei s\u0103n\u0103toase, c\u0103ruia \u00eei ofer\u0103 un plus de cunoa\u0219tere, lucrarea constituie \u0219i un semnal de alarm\u0103 pentru actorii implica\u021bi \u00een diverse activit\u0103\u021bi din sfera business-ului cu produse alimentare, care, \u00een demersul lor sus\u021binut de reconfigurare a universului alimentar trebuie s\u0103 fie preocupa\u021bi nu doar de competi\u021bia acerb\u0103, orientat\u0103 spre maximizarea profitului, ci, mai ales, de etic\u0103 \u0219i de respectul pentru consumator.<\/p>\n<p>Deoarece eticheta reprezint\u0103 principalul mijloc de informare a consumatorilor cu privire la identitatea, compozi\u021bia \u0219i propriet\u0103\u021bile produsului alimentar \u0219i, totodat\u0103, un mijloc de orientare a alegerilor consumatorilor, \u00een cadrul lucr\u0103rii sunt prezentate \u0219i cele mai noi exigen\u021be privind etichetarea alimentelor, dar \u0219i o serie de repere pentru interpretarea corect\u0103 a informa\u021biilor nutri\u021bionale, at\u00e2t a celor de pe etichet\u0103 nutri\u021bional\u0103 detaliat\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i a celor care sunt prezentate prin intermediul sistemelor \u201eFront-of-Package\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Tema legat\u0103 de metodele de determinare a profilului nutri\u021bional al alimentelor \u00ee\u0219i g\u0103se\u0219te locul, \u00een mod firesc, \u00een arealul problematic al lucr\u0103rii, fiind util\u0103 nu doar pentru speciali\u0219tii \u00een domeniu, ci \u0219i pentru consumatorii preocupa\u021bi de echilibru nutri\u021bional \u00een alimenta\u021bia cotidian\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Deoarece democratizarea consumului \u0219i abunden\u021ba alimentar\u0103 care caracterizeaz\u0103, \u00een special, \u021b\u0103rile industrializate, au \u00eencurajat \u00een ultimele decenii obiceiurile alimentare nes\u0103n\u0103toase, este oportun\u0103 \u0219i prezentarea celor mai importante modele de alimenta\u021bie s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103, precum \u0219i analiza profilului nutri\u021bional al principalelor grupe de alimente.<\/p>\n<p>Lucrarea se \u00eencheie cu o tem\u0103 legat\u0103 de inova\u021bie \u0219i tradi\u021bie \u00een sfera alimenta\u021biei contemporane. Dezvoltarea unor formule simbiotice \u00eentre \u0219tiin\u021ba nutri\u021biei \u0219i tehnologia modern\u0103 a avut ca efect expansiunea f\u0103r\u0103 precedent a ofertei alimentare mondiale, dar \u0219i o degradare \u00een plan nutri\u021bional a alimenta\u021biei moderne.
