Alocarea resurselor limitate, o caracteristic\u0103 a acestor tipuri de \u00eentreprinderi, precum \u0219i obiectivele pe care acestea \u0219i le propun \u00een privin\u021ba satisfacerii superioare a clien\u021bilor \u0219i a maximiz\u0103rii eficien\u021bei economice, reclam\u0103 o planificare riguroas\u0103. Aceasta \u00eenseamn\u0103 desf\u0103\u0219urarea lor \u00eentr-o succesiune ce reprezint\u0103 execu\u021bia unei strategii asumate anterior.
