Potrivit acestei orient\u0103ri, obiectivele organiza\u0163ionale se deplaseaz\u0103 c\u0103tre dezvoltarea unui portofoliu de rela\u0163ii profitabile \u015fi reciproc avantajoase at\u00e2t cu clien\u0163ii, c\u00e2t \u015fi cu ceilal\u0163i parteneri de interes ai companiei.
