Dezvoltarea unor competen\u0163e \u015fi abilit\u0103\u0163i puternice de marketing constituie, mai mult ca oric\u00e2nd, o necesitate pentru to\u0163i cei care se perfec\u0163ioneaz\u0103 \u015fi inten\u0163ioneaz\u0103 s\u0103-\u015fi desf\u0103\u015foare activitatea \u00een domeniul marketingului.<\/p>\n<p>Succesul unei afaceri se datoreaz\u0103 unei viziuni integratoare de marketing, care permite abordarea marketingului la toate nivelurile organiza\u0163iei \u015fi asigur\u0103 o orientare strategic\u0103 c\u0103tre pia\u0163\u0103. Orientarea c\u0103tre pia\u0163\u0103 presupune focalizarea eforturilor organiza\u0163iei spre cele dou\u0103 componente semnificative: consumatorii \u015fi concuren\u0163ii.<\/p>\n<p>Astfel, confruntate cu un mediu de afaceri dinamic, cu demersuri concuren\u0163iale puternice din partea celorlal\u0163i competitori, organiza\u0163iile vor dezvolta un comportament concuren\u0163ial, menit s\u0103 le asigure ob\u0163inerea unor pozi\u0163ii avantajoase \u00een cadrul domeniului lor de activitate.<\/p>\n<p>Pozi\u0163ia competitiv\u0103 puternic\u0103 pe pia\u0163a de referin\u0163\u0103 \u015fi ob\u0163inerea performan\u0163ei organiza\u0163ionale pot fi ob\u0163inute doar prin dezvoltarea unor competen\u0163e \u015fi abordarea unui marketing strategic.
