Partea a doua, g\u00e2ndit\u0103 ca aplica\u021bie practic\u0103 a celei dint\u00e2i, cuprinde exerci\u021bii, studii de caz \u0219i subiecte propuse studen\u021bilor \u00een vederea organiz\u0103rii propriei negocieri. Nu toate aplica\u021biile practice au solu\u021bii date, iar acolo unde acestea exist\u0103, sunt de discutat. Manualul are o ,,Introducere\u201d cu caracter general, fiecare sec\u021biune fiind precedat\u0103 de o scurt\u0103 prezentare (,,Argument\u201d).
